Greg Rogan is the principal of Bayview Real Estate, a family owned boutique agency established by Greg’s father in 1990. The family have been involved in real estate for over 30 years and Greg has a keen passion for the business and in matching people with homes that they will love.

Greg has held his real estate licence since 1997 after a very successful career in construction. This career had Greg involved in many of Sydney’s developments, including such ‘icons’ as the Sydney Harbour Tunnel, ‘The Toaster’ and Chifley Tower . He also has a vast experience in the supervision and management of property development and renovations.

Greg’s experience and natural ability to think outside the square, combined with his straightforward approach, integrity and healthy competitive nature give Greg an edge that is extremely advantageous and has resulted in residential property sales records on the Northern Beaches. He delivers a tailor made service which is right for you and your property.

Having grown up on the Northern Beaches, Greg now lives in the Bayview area with his wife Sue and children Thomas and Caitlin. He enjoys being part of this great local community and is an avid golfer at Mona Vale Golf Club and a keen member of Bayview Tennis Club.
